Welcome to my little corner of the internet, I’m so happy to have you!

What is important to me?

  • Authenticity

I try to show up as my real, imperfect self - always learning. Yoga is about being present, whether you’re laughing, crying, or wobbling in a pose. We’re all human, we’re all in this together.

  • Compassion

My journey with compassion began by learning to be kind to myself. I’m still working on it. We’re often really hard on ourselves, I hope to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and at ease in your body.

  • Trust

Yoga has taught me to trust myself, my body and the process. In class, I invite you to do the same. Listen to your body, trust where you are, and remember you have the strength to face whatever comes - whether it’s 10 breaths in dolphin pose or a tough moment in life.

How can we work together?
